- This made me take time out of a busy schedule to review my style
- Learning about tools to help in working with others
- How to identify other profiles and ways to better engage
- Tom adding anecdotal and personal information and providing concrete examples
- Tom going through his assessment to share his strengths and areas for improvement
- Not dictating how they should perceive the communication
- I got far more out of this than from my company's DISC trainer. Thank you!

- I am currently struggling with my direct Manager so I plan to use the tools to determine her DISC type and try to tailor my communication style to her
